I just got back from Anime Expo! It was a lot of fun this year. Definitely a lot more organized than last year, and I feel like there was more cosplay as well.
I was Death the Kid on Friday and Toon Link on Saturday, but I didn't finish Flora in time so nothing on Sunday :< Oh well, I still took a lot (a LOT) of photos.
I ended up using one of my lenses that I normally use on my Nikon FM2 (old film camera) on my D40, since it's good for taking portraits. It was kind of a pain to manually set all the exposure and to not have autofocus, but I think it was well worth it, cause I got some pretty nice shots of Thia & Em.
